Day 1. Arrival In Delhi

On your arrival at Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi, you will be received by one of our representatives from Daily Tour & Travel. From here, we will take you to your respective hotels. When you check in at the hotels, you may refresh in the room or drink some tea or coffee. In the evening, you will visit the Light and Sound Show at Red Fort. This show explains the history of Delhi in an interesting and informative way. After watching the show, you can have dinner at a well-known restaurant in Delhi. Afterward, you can go back to your hotel to stay the night.

Day 2. Sightseeing In Delhi

On the second day of your sightseeing, you will visit Old and New Delhi. You start as early as breakfast at your hotel to make the most of your day in Old Delhi as Old Delhi is a pre-historic place for every culture and history. Your first spot will be Jama Masjid. It is the oldest and one of the biggest mosques in India, built during the Mughal period.


Then, you will take a tour of Chandni Chowk which is a very busy market with small shops that sell traditional items. It is also very famous for street food. Then comes the Red Fort, a building made of red sandstone, previously the exclusive residence of the Mughal emperors. You can then ride a rickshaw through the narrow streets of Chandni Chowk and see daily life in Old Delhi.


Next, you will be visiting New Delhi with its broad roads and big buildings. First, you will visit the India Gate which is a war memorial for Indian soldiers of World War I. Next, you'll visit Humayun's Tomb, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with Mughal-style architecture. Then you will see Laxmi Narayan Temple, or Birla Mandir, a Hindu temple known which is for its peaceful environment.


After seeing these famous places, your Golden Triangle tour package takes you to Qutub Minar, the world's tallest brick minaret. Then, you will visit Akshardham Temple, famous for its carvings and exhibitions. You will also visit the National Art Gallery to see Indian artwork. In the evening, you can have dinner at a well-rated restaurant with authentic Indian food. After dinner, you can return to your hotel.


Day 3. Delhi to Agra (204 km approx.)

After having breakfast at the hotel, you will head to Agra. Agra is one of the historical cities in India, with numerous popular landmarks. Along the way, you can have lunch at a restaurant located on the highway. On the way to Agra, you will also visit the Tomb of Emperor Akbar in Sikandra, which is one of the significant historical places.


Once you arrive in Agra, you'll check into a hotel. After check-in, you can rest in your room for some time. Later in the evening, you will visit marble factories in Agra. Agra is known for its marble work and you can see how expert people make beautiful marble pieces.


Then you can go to a well-known restaurant in Agra for dinner, where you are going to enjoy special Mughlai food which is a type of food influenced by the Mughal era. After dinner, you will proceed back to your hotel for an overnight stay.


Day 4. Agra Sightseeing

You will wake early to see the Taj Mahal, as many people prefer to see it at sunrise because of the difference it makes at sunrise. During the morning light, this monument looks different. There, you can walk around and take photos. Next, you can go back to your hotel for breakfast. Later, our representative will take you to Agra Fort.


This historical fort is where Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan was imprisoned by his own son, Aurangzeb. You have time to get around the fort and learn from its history. Then, you will visit Itmad-ud-Daulah Tomb, an important historical monument in Agra. After that, you are free to lunch in any restaurant you like. In the afternoon, you have free time in Agra. If you have any interest in art and handicrafts, you can go to Agra's famous handicrafts and art centers.


In the evening, you visit the Taj Mahal for the second time, but this time, it is sunset. It looks different from what it was in the morning. Following your visit to the Taj Mahal, you can dine at a restaurant and later retire back to your hotel for an overnight stay.


Day 5. Agra to Jaipur (250 km)

On this fifth day, you will travel from Agra to Jaipur. On your way, you will make a stop at Fatehpur Sikri. Fatehpur Sikri is one of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites and it has lots of buildings with Mughal architecture. When you reach Jaipur, you will check into your hotel. Then, you will visit some of the famous places in Jaipur.


You will get to see the City Palace, Hawa Mahal, temples, and gardens. Street performances of folk singers singing traditional Rajasthani music can also be seen in Jaipur. Jaipur is famous for handicrafts, jewelry, and textiles. You can have time to go to local markets and purchase your desired items if you want. At night, you can have a traditional Rajasthani dinner. Then you can head back to your hotel for an overnight stay.


Day 6. Jaipur Sightseeing

You will see Jaipur which is also known as the Pink City of this country, India, on the sixth day of your Golden Triangle tour package. A representative from Daily Tour & Travel will guide you on your visit to Amber Fort after you have your breakfast. Here, you will be able to go on an elephant ride. Next, you will visit Jaigarh Fort, home to the largest cannon on wheels in the world.


At lunchtime, you can go to a popular restaurant in Jaipur. Then we will take you to some of the most visited sites in the city like Hawa Mahal, City Palace, Albert Hall Museum, temples, gardens, and the Astronomical Observatory. If you like, you can visit the local markets and shop for items such as stone carvings, jewelry, carpets, and paintings.


You will also visit Jal Mahal, which is a beautiful palace in the middle of a lake. Here, you can also enjoy camel riding, a unique activity to do in Jaipur. In the evening, you can visit Choki Dhani, the most happening restaurant in Jaipur city. This restaurant introduces traditional Rajasthani food. Folk dances and music performances will be performed. Then stay overnight at your hotel.


Day 7. Jaipur to Delhi (258 km)

On the final day of your Golden Triangle Tour, we will drive you from Jaipur to Delhi. After having your breakfast, we will leave for Delhi and will stop at a roadside restaurant for lunch. After arriving in Delhi, we will drop you at the airport from where you can take your flight back home.
