The journey of this Golden Triangle Holiday Package begins from Delhi which is the capital city of India. From Delhi, you will head to Varanasi, one of the world's oldest cities. Varanasi is considered one of the places that hold much spiritual significance. Then after leaving Varanasi, you'll proceed to Khajuraho, the land of ancient temples that are known for extraordinary carvings. Then you will head to Agra, which has the Taj Mahal and several other UNESCO World Heritage Sites. After Agra, you move on to Jaipur, which is the capital city of Rajasthan. There, you will see all the history, beautiful buildings, and big forts this place has. After Jaipur, you head to Bikaner and then to Jaisalmer. Jaisalmer takes you to discover the desert landscape and the culture of the region. Last, the tour will take you to Jodhpur and Udaipur, two of the most renowned cities in Rajasthan. The journey finally ends in Delhi, where you will leave for your home.

Golden Triangle With Implausible North India Tour
Day 1. Arrival in Delhi

You will be welcomed upon your arrival at IGI Airport in Delhi with a warm greeting from one of our team members at Daily Tour & Travel. He will then take you to the hotel, and you can relax there and also enjoy some tea and coffee. Once you get settled, you can go to Delhi's old markets in your free time. You can visit some important places in and around the city like the Red Fort, India Gate, Humayun's Tomb, Laxmi Narayan Temple, Qutub Minar, Jama Masjid, and Chandni Chowk. Then you can enjoy dinner at a local restaurant, and get back to the hotel for an overnight stay.


Day 2. Delhi to Varanasi

On the second day after breakfast, take flight to Varanasi. Varanasi is an important city in India where temples line along the Ganga River. You can visit some of these temples and also go to Sarnath, a place important to Buddhists. At Sarnath, you will learn about Buddhism and the history behind it. You will view the Ganga Aarti at night from the banks of the river. Then, for dinner, you can proceed to your hotel and then rest for the night. 


Day 3. Varanasi to Khajuraho

On the third day of this Golden Triangle Holiday Package, you will begin your day with a boat ride on the Ganga River. During the ride, you can see various Ghats and the activities taking place there. After the boat ride, you will proceed to Khajuraho. The place is well-known for its temples, which have beautiful sculptures and detailed artwork. These temples are dedicated to Hindu Gods and Goddesses. At Varanasi, you can learn about the cultural and historical importance of this spot. After visiting the temples, you will have a tasty dinner and then rest for the night inside your comfy rooms.

Day 4. Khajuraho to Agra

On the fourth day, you will be taken to Agra, a city that is popular for its white marble monuments. On your way there, you shall make a halt at Orchha, where you shall visit historical landmarks such as Chaturbhuj Temple, Jehangir Palace, and Raj Ram Mandir. After reaching Agra, you will visit the Taj Mahal which is considered one of the most famous buildings in the world. This beautiful monument is a memorial made by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his wife Mumtaz. You will visit the Agra in the evening and visit to Taj Mahal after resting at the hotel. Once you have explored this monument, you will go back to the hotel so that you can relax for the day.

Day 5. Agra - Jaipur

After breakfast, a person from Daily Tour & Travel will guide you to visit and see the Taj Mahal. The Taj Mahal is a famous monument known everywhere in the world for being a symbol of love. Lots of tourists and lovers like going there so that they can see the beautiful architecture and learn about the history behind it. You can take time to explore this place and take pictures. From there, we will take you to Jaipur. People call Jaipur the Pink City of Rajasthan. We will take a stop at Fatehpur Sikri on the way. Fatehpur Sikri is a historical place of importance with beautiful buildings of the Mughal era. You'll get enough time to visit the important places in Fatehpur Sikri and then we will move forward on our journey.


Then after reaching Jaipur, we will take you to your pre-booked hotel. You can rest there and order some tea or coffee if you feel like it. In the evening, you can visit the local markets of Jaipur. These markets have many handmade products, such as textiles, handicrafts, and traditional Rajasthani art. For dinner, you can try traditional Rajasthani food at a famous restaurant. After dinner, you can leave for the hotel and spend the night over there.


Day 6. Jaipur Sightseeing

For the sixth day of your Golden Triangle Package Booking with Daily Tour & Travel, we have added some of the famous spots of Jaipur to your itinerary. First of all, you will visit Amber Fort after breakfast. Amber Fort is considered one of the most visited historical places in Jaipur. You can also ride on an elephant at this fort. Then after visiting Amber Fort, we continue our tour. We will take you to the City Palace, Jantar Mantar, and Hawa Mahal which are other attractions of Jaipur.


The City Palace is a large palace with mixed Rajput and Mughal architecture. Jantar Mantar is an old observatory with special instruments to measure time and study the stars. Hawa Mahal, known as the Palace of Winds, is a five-story with many small windows. In the evening, you will have dinner. You can try traditional Rajasthani food and stay at your resort for a comfortable night.


Day 7. Jaipur - Bikaner

On the seventh day of your trip, we will drive you to Bikaner which is a distance of around 5 hours from Jaipur. We will also pass through the Shekhawati region where you will see old mansions which are also called Havelis. These have amazing wall paintings of local artists.


You will check in at a hotel in Bikaner after reaching there. The rest of the day is free so that guests can explore the city, visit markets, or simply rest in their accommodation. In the evening, you will have dinner and spend the night at the hotel.


Day 8. Bikaner - Jaisalmer

On this day, you will go for the sightseeing tour of Bikaner for a half-day starting in the morning after having your breakfast. The first place for sightseeing will be Junagarh Fort, which is a building made from red sandstone and is very popular for its amazing design and history. Here, you will see the Suraj Pol, which is the main entrance gate, and you will see Anup Mahal which is a well-decorated palace.


Other places in the fort include Durga Niwas and the Fort Museum, which contain items about Bikaner's royal history. After the tour, we will drive to Jaisalmer, which takes about six hours. In the evening, you are free to roam around in Jaisalmer or just relax. Then you can relax at your hotel after dinner.


Day 9. Jaisalmer

On the ninth day of your Golden Triangle Tour Package, a representative from Daily Tour & Travel will guide you about Jaisalmer. The desert and cultural heritage of this spot make Jaisalmer a very popular attraction. People wear traditional clothes, Men wear colorful turbans, and women wear jewelry. Here, folk music and dance are very important in the everyday life of the local people.


You can go on a desert ride on camels through the wide sand dunes. You will visit Jaisalmer Fort. Another great place to see is Salim Singh Ki Haveli, which is popular for its extraordinary architecture. Then you will visit a popular village called Lodurva where you can see many old temples. At night, you can have dinner in a restaurant and then stay overnight at a hotel.


Day 10. Jaisalmer to Jodhpur

After breakfast, one of the members of our team will take you to Jodhpur, which is a city that is known for its large walls and forts. You might feel tired because of the journey so you can have some relaxing time inside your comfortable rooms. After some time, you can visit the famous spots of Jodhpur. Among these attractions is Mehrangarh Fort, which is considered the largest fort in India. From this fort, you will be able to see a wonderful view of the city.


Then you can visit the Umaid Bhawan Palace which belongs to the royal family of Jodhpur. Explore the museum containing the old stuff there and then visit Jaswant Thada which is a white marble monument that was made in honor of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II. There are beautiful gardens alongside. You can have dinner in a good restaurant in Jodhpur city. Then you can return to your hotel and spend your night over there.


Day 11. Jodhpur to Udaipur

After breakfast, you will be traveling to Udaipur, the city of lakes. On your way, you will be able to visit Ranakpur which is known for its Jain temples. These temples are famous for their beautiful and intricate carvings. You can stop and have lunch during the journey if you like, then proceed to Udaipur.


Once you reach Udaipur, you will check into your hotel and have some time to rest. In the evening, you can visit the local markets where you will find items like handicrafts, jewelry, and souvenirs. After shopping, you can come back to your hotel and then enjoy a nice dinner there.


Day 12. Udaipur Sightseeing

Udaipur is an excellent place to visit because of its attractions so today you will visit the famous spots of this place. Saheliyon Ki Bari will be your first stop which is a famous garden in Udaipur with fountains, colorful flowers, and greenery. It is followed by a visit to Jagdish Temple, which is one of the important Hindu temples in the city. Then you will visit the City Palace complex which is one of the main tourist attractions in Udaipur. Inside the city palace, there is Mor Chowk, which is a peacock-decorated courtyard.


Other attractions of the City Palace complex to which you will pay a visit include Fateh Prakash Palace, Shiv Niwas Palace, and Shambhu Niwas. You can visit Lake Pichola in the evening to catch the sunset, click pictures, and simply enjoy the quiet calm vibes of this place. If you have an interest in folk arts, you can also visit the Folk Art Museum which has regional paintings, sculptures, and cultural materials present inside. At the end of this all-day sightseeing tour, you can have dinner at a restaurant in Udaipur. Then you can go to your hotel for an overnight stay.


Day 13. Udaipur to Delhi

On the thirteenth day of the Golden Triangle Tour Package, you can have your breakfast in the hotel. And then, you can visit the local markets of Udaipur for any handicrafts or local accessories. Later on, during the afternoon, you will be driven by a representative from Daily Tour & Travel towards Udaipur Airport from where you can take the flight back to Delhi.


From Delhi Airport, we will take you to your booked hotel. You can relax there and then visit the old markets of Delhi in the evening. In addition, you can go for a cycle rickshaw ride through the narrow and crowded streets of old Delhi. Later, you can have dinner at one of the popular restaurants in Delhi. After dinner, you can return to your hotel for an overnight stay.


Day 14. Departure

On the last day of your tour, you will have breakfast at your hotel. Following breakfast, a representative from Daily Tour & Travel will take you to the airport for your flight back home. And we look forward to hosting you again sometime in the near future for another tour.
