Description

The Char Dham Yatra is one of the most sacred pilgrimages in Hinduism and through our Chardham Tour Package, you can visit the four shrines of Badrinath, Kedarnath, Gangotri, and Yamunotri. Your Chardham Yatra Booking will be done for 12 days and it will allow the devotees to experience the aarti ceremonies, holy dips, and temple rituals. Through this Chardham Yatra Package, you can travel through beautiful mountains, rivers, and valleys and see nice views from the helicopter.

Chardham Yatra from Bangalore
Day 1. Bangalore to Delhi (By Flight)

The facilities of your Chardham Yatra Booking will start with your arrival at the Delhi airport. There, the representative of Daily Tour & Travel will meet you and drive you to Haridwar. Upon reaching there, you have to check in and then you can relax for some time. If there’s still time, then you can go to attractions like Mansa Devi Temple, Chandi Devi Temple, Daksha Mahadev Temple, and others. You can even visit the Har ki Pauri and attend the magical Ganga Aarti there. Return to your hotel at night and then take a rest.

Day 2. Haridwar to Barkot (179 Km/ 6 hours)

On this day of your Chardham Tour Package, you will drive to Barkot. On the way, you can take a halt at Kempty Falls of Mussoorie. Have lunch there, because there are no good restaurants on the route. Then, continue your ride to Barkot. Upon reaching there, check-in at the hotel, and then you can relax for the day in your comfy accommodation.

Day 3. Barkot to Yamunotri & return

On the 3rd day of your trip, start the day with a heavy breakfast. Then, you can take a drive to Jankichatti/Phoolchatti. After reaching this point, you have to trek 6km to reach Yamunotri. You can trek by foot or take a palki, ponies, or a horse at your own cost. During the trek, you’ll pass through greenery all around filled with conifer trees, rhododendrons, cacti, and various Himalayan shrubs.

Upon reaching Yamunotri, perform rituals and take a holy dip in Jamunabai Kund. You can also boil rice in the hot water springs as an offering to the Yamunotri goddess. Take blessings at the temple and then trek back to Jankichatti and drive to Barkot for an overnight stay.

Day 4. Barkot to Uttarkashi (82 Km/ 3 hours)

On this day of your Chardham Tour, take a drive to Uttarkashi. There, you have to check into your rooms and then visit the famous Vishwanath Temple, Shakti Temple, and others. Later, you can have a delicious dinner and then stay overnight in your comfortable accommodation. 


Day 5. Uttarkashi to Gangotri & Return (99 Km/ 3 hours) {one way}

On this day of your tour, drive to the sacred Gangotri Dham which is one of the holiest sites in the Chardham Yatra Package. During the ride, you can see nice views of the snowy peaks and a lot of greenery. Upon reaching there, take a holy dip in the sacred river of Bhagirathi. The river is considered to be the physical form of Goddess Ganga. After the holy dip, you will be required to visit the Gangotri temple and take blessings. After taking part in Pooja and taking the blessings, return to Uttarkashi and then relax in your hotel.

Day 6. Uttarkashi to Guptkashi (200 Km/ 7 hours)

The day 6th of your Chardham Tour Package is for going to Guptkashi. Begin your journey towards Guptkashi, passing through Moolgarh and Lambgaon, and enjoying scenic views along the way. At Tilwara, take a moment to admire the Mandakini River which flows from the glaciers near Kedarnath Temple. Upon reaching the hotel in Guptkashi, check-in and then refresh. After some relaxing time, you can explore the Vishwanath Temple and Ardhnarishwar Temple. Return to your hotel and stay there overnight for a relaxing time.

Day 7. Guptkashi to Phata/Sersi Helipad (11 Km/ 0.4 hours)

Wake up early morning and then drive towards the Phata or Sersi (Helipad). From these helipads, you can take a helicopter to reach Kedarnath. During the short flight, you can enjoy the scenic views of the Himalayas. Upon arrival, go to the holy Kedarnath Temple for Darshan and enter the Garbha Griha, where devotees can touch the idol and seek Lord Shiva’s blessings. Spend the whole day in the divine surroundings of the temple. Stay overnight in Kedarnath at a guesthouse or ashram.

Day 8. Kedarnath to Guptkashi

Wake up early on this day of your Chardham Yatra Package and take a holy bath before visiting the Kedarnath Temple for the Abhishek Puja at 4:45 a.m. At this time, devotees are allowed to enter the Garbha Griha, touch the idol, and offer prayers. After Darshan, return to the helipad and board a helicopter to Phata or Sersi and Guptkashi. Upon reaching there, you will meet your driver who will take you to the hotel. There, check-in and then overnight stay for relaxation.

Day 9. Guptkashi to Badrinath Temple (197 Km/ 6 Hours)

Check out from your hotel and take a drive to Badrinath. On the way, take a halt at Josimath and explore its attractions. Upon reaching there, check in to your hotel and then relax for some time. In the evening, take a dip in the Tapt Kund and then go to the Badrinath Temple to seek blessings. Later, return to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 10. Badrinath Jee to Rudraprayag or Kirtinagar

Start the 10th day of your Chardham Yatra Booking, by visiting Badrinath Temple for Darshan. Later, you can go on a sightseeing tour of the area. Visit the popular areas like the Mana Village, Vyas Gufa, Ganesh Gufa, and Mata Murti temple. By the afternoon, return to your hotel and check out. Move towards the famous Rudraprayag/ Kirtinagar via Joshimath. Upon reaching there, check in at the hotel and stay overnight in the comfort of your accommodation.

Day 11. Drive from Rudraprayag to Rishikesh (138 km/4 Hours) or from Kirtinagar to Rishikesh (100 Km/ 2 Hours)

Start your day early morning and drive downhill to Rishikesh which is included in your  Chardham Yatra Booking. This is a sacred city often called the "Yoga Capital of the World." This yoga town is located at the foothills of the Himalayas along the banks of the sacred River Ganga.  Upon reaching, check-in at the hotel, and then you can go out sightseeing in the popular spots of this city like Triveni Ghat, Bharat Mandir, Sivananda Ashram, Ram Jhula & Laxman Jhula. In the evening, you can attend the magical Ganga Aarti at the Parmarth Ashram Then, return to your hotel at night and stay in the comfort of your room. 

Day 12. Rishikesh to Delhi & Goodbyes (238 Km/ 4 hours)

This will be the last day of your Chardham Yatra Package. On this day,  check out from the hotel and then move back to Delhi via Haridwar. From there, take a flight back to Bangalore and return home with lots of blessings.
