Badrinath Kedarnath Yatra 2025
Day 1. Haridwar/Dehradun To Guptkashi

Your Badrinath Kedarnath Yatra will start from Haridwar or Dehradun. Our team will meet you at the airport or railway station. From there, you will go to Guptkashi. When you reach Guptkashi, you will check into a hotel and rest. In the evening, you can visit Ardhnarishwar Temple for prayers. After that, you will have dinner at the hotel as part of your Do Dham package booking. You will stay at the hotel for the night and get ready for the next day’s journey.

Day 2. Guptkashi – Sonprayag – Kedarnath

Wake up early and get ready for Kedarnath. Travel by car from Guptkashi to Sonprayag. At Sonprayag, complete a medical check-up before starting the trek. The trek to Kedarnath is 19 km and can be done by walking, pony, or palki (extra charge). Carry warm clothes, medicine, and other necessary items for an overnight stay in Kedarnath. After reaching Kedarnath, visit the temple and offer prayers. You can also book special pujas at the temple. Stay overnight at a guesthouse near the temple.

Day 3. Kedarnath – Sonprayag – Guptkashi

Wake up early and attend the morning Aarti at Kedarnath Temple. Take a holy bath and pray to Lord Shiva. After darshan, return to the guesthouse, collect your luggage, and trek back to Sonprayag. From Sonprayag, our driver will take you to Guptkashi.  Stay overnight after having dinner at the hotel.

Day 4. Guptkashi to Badrinath

After breakfast on the 4th day of your Badrinath Kedarnath Yatra, check out from the hotel and leave for Badrinath. On the way, visit Nandprayag and Vishnuprayag. After reaching Badrinath, check into the hotel and rest. If possible, attend the evening Aarti at Badrinath Temple. Stay overnight at the hotel.


Day 5. Badrinath – Joshimath – Rudraprayag

Early morning, take a bath in Tapt Kund and go for darshan at Badrinath Temple. This temple also referred to as Badri Vishal, is the most significant pilgrimage center for Lord Vishnu's followers. After praying, go to nearby attractions like Mana Village, the last Indian village on the way to the China border, and Vyas Gufa, a cave where Ved Vyas composed the Mahabharata. Other significant places are Mata Murti Temple, which is in honor of Lord Badrinath's mother, Charanpaduka, a holy rock where Lord Vishnu's footprints are found, Bhimkund, a sacred water source, and Saraswati River "Mukh," the origin of the Saraswati River. After visiting these places, return to Rudraprayag through Joshimath. On the way, visit Narsingh Temple, a significant religious place. On arrival at Rudraprayag, check into the hotel, dine, and overnight stay.


Day 6. Rudraprayag – Devprayag – Rishikesh

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and start your journey to Rishikesh. First, visit Dharidevi Temple, which is important for Char Dham temples. Then, stop at Devprayag, where the Alaknanda and Mandakini rivers join to form the Ganga River. Visit Raghunath Temple, a famous temple of Lord Vishnu. When you reach Rishikesh, see Laxman Jhula, Ram Jhula, Triveni Ghat, and Bharat Mandir. If there is enough time, visit Sivananda Ashram. After sightseeing, we will drop you at Rishikesh Railway Station or Dehradun Airport for your journey home.
